Monthly Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Annual Pro subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have not extensively used the Pro features. After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on the remaining subscription period, minus a 20% processing fee.
To cancel your Pro subscription:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of website templates and digital downloads from our shop are final. Refunds are only provided in the following exceptional circumstances:
Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with a detailed explanation. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
Initial deposits for custom web design projects are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before any work begins, the deposit is fully refundable minus a 10% administrative fee.
If you cancel a web design project mid-development:
We offer unlimited revisions during the agreed-upon revision period to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the final deliverable despite revisions, we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a partial refund at our discretion.
All free tools, calculators, and converters on our website are provided at no cost. As these services are free, no refunds apply. We continuously work to improve accuracy and functionality based on user feedback.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Please note that payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Paddle, etc.) are non-refundable. Refund amounts may be reduced by these processing fees, which typically range from 2.9% to 3.5% plus a fixed fee per transaction.
