6. Purchases and Payments

All purchases on the Site are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record (MoR). Paddle is the seller of all paid products and services on Impeccify. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, VAT compliance, currency conversion, and fraud prevention on our behalf. When you make a purchase, you are transacting with Paddle, and their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to the transaction.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All prices are displayed in USD and may include applicable taxes based on your location (calculated at checkout by Paddle). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes do not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

6.1 Pro Subscriptions

Impeccify Pro subscriptions unlock advanced calculator features including Goal Finder, Lifter Comparison, Weight Class Optimizer, Calculation History, CSV/Excel Export, and Priority Support across all tools on the Site. Subscriptions are available at:

• • Monthly: $4.99/month, billed monthly
• • Annual: $39.99/year ($3.33/month equivalent), billed annually

By subscribing, you authorize Paddle (as Merchant of Record) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or through Paddle's customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain Pro access until then. You may switch between monthly and annual billing at any time; changes apply at your next billing date with prorated adjustments.

6.2 Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)

We sell digital products including Excel spreadsheets, tracking tools, and professional templates. Digital products are one-time purchases delivered as instant downloads after payment confirmation. All digital product sales are processed by Paddle and are subject to our Refund Policy. After purchase, you can access your downloads at any time from your dashboard.

Digital products are licensed for personal and professional use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased files. Each purchase grants a single-user license.

6.3 Billing Inquiries and Disputes

All billing inquiries, payment disputes, and refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy. You may contact us at contact@impeccify.com or reach Paddle directly for billing support. Receipts and invoices are provided by Paddle after each transaction.

7. Web Design Services

Custom web design and development projects are governed by individual project agreements. The website cost calculator provides estimates only and final pricing may vary based on specific requirements discussed during consultation. All custom projects include the deliverables specified in the project agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all Tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Calculator and converter results are for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all results will be error-free. Always verify critical calculations independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impeccify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site, Tools, or services.
